Fortunately, the automatic feeder arrived in perfect condition. However, there was poor service from Aliexpress's packing center because they packed the feed (where the store had already wrapped it in a box fortunately) in a plastic bag, not a box... The seller had cleverly packed the feed well in the product box, which made up for it. The feeder works well and when it's in operation, it's very quiet, so my cat wasn't startled when pieces came out. It also doesn't get stuck by the flexible leaves.
